The three things that I have liked most are:

-Beefeaters: because they can´t move when they are working.
-Bobbies: because they don´t carry weapons.
-Dog´s show: because it was organised by Charles Cruft, who was a biscuit seller

  2. FISH AND CHIP- SPANISH OMELETTE
One of the traditional food in the United Kingdom is `Fish and chips´.
`Fish and chips´ is usually cod fish but sometimes are hake, Flounder, haddock or gold. The fish is made of flour, egg and beer and potatoes with salt and vinegar.
All the UK take away restaurant, all chippies or chip shops. Were you can buy these.

One of the traditional foods in Spain is Spanish omelette.
An omelette is full of with eggs, oil, salt and potatoes and some people add onion.
Potatoes are fried with oil, the beaten egg are added and finally all these ingredients are fried on a pan.

    TYPICAL ENGLAND’S FOOD

There are two differences: first in the hour when we eat and second in the type of food.

The first difference in the food is at the hour when you eat it, because in Spain you make four or five meals: one is breakfast, you eat it when you get up; sometimes at the middle of the moorning you can eat a snack; third is the main meal, at two or three o’clock and at six or seven o’clock you eat the afternoon snack, and the last meal is the dinner at nine or ten o’clock. While in England, first you have breakfast when you get up, but usually it is at seven or eight o’clock (very early), then you have lunch at twelve o’clock, more or less, and you don’t eat more untill you have dinner at six or seven o’clock. They only have three meals in all day.

The second difference is in type of meals and foods, because in our breakfast we have milk with toasts for example and in the England’s breakfast they have milk, eggs, bacon, sausages, beens… They have a stronger breakfast than our. In our main meal we eat two dishs and a desert while they eat only a sandwich with a piece of fruit. But there isn’t difference in our dinners because, more or less, is the same.

  5. English police and spanish police:

The police of England are peculiar, they have a strange hat in comparation with the hats of spanish police. The colours of spanish people clothes are green and white, and the English police use the black colour

In England have a one type of police, in Spain we have "Guardia Civil" and police. I don't find more diferences.

  6. SPANISH TRADITIONS
One of the largest Spanish traditions are ¨toros¨, the ¨toros¨ places are more important
Las Ventas (Madrid) and Maestranza (Sevilla) , especially in Andalusia also is danced
    flamenco
one of the most important festivals are the Fallas in Valencia where one of the most
representative is given the paella meals
the most popular sport is football that has one of the best leagues in the world
but in my opinion the most representative of Spain is typical ¨dormir la siesta¨ sleep
half an hour after have lunch

  7. Diferences between two english and two spanish symbols.

    The flag:

The flag of England comes from the St. Georges cross (a greek cross on a white background). This historic flag became into the flag of England.
It was used as a component in the design of the Union flag. When it was combined with the irish and the scottish flags.
The english flag has no official status within the United Kingdom. It flag is only used at national sporting events.

The actually flag of Spain is composed by three horizontal lines (two red lines and other yellow line between them).
That was acepted in 1785, and since this decision, the design has only change during the Second Spanish Republic plus some changes with the model of the emblem.

    The national flower:

In England the national flower is the rose coming the Tudor Rose.

In Spain the national flower is the carnation.

  8. THE FLAG OF SPAIN
The flag of Spain consists of three horizontal, red, yellow and red stripes, the central double the width of each side. This is the same design was adopted as the national flag of Spain in 1785 under the reign of Carlos III, although the model escudoque playing inside has changed several times, but always situated closest to the mast side to ensure visibility in cases of low wind. The need for this new teaching is given to the continuous attacks of the British Navy during wartime, which confused the Spanish ships, carrying a predominantly white pavilion with enemy ships from other European nations whose flags were similar.

    THE ENGLAND FLAG
The England flag is formed by the George Cross, ie a griegade red cross on a white cloth.
Raised in 1191, the historic flag of St George became the flag of England. In 1278, when it merged with the flag of Scotland and Ireland Flag old, he became part of the Union Jack.

  9. One of the most recognizable symbols of London are the famous black cabs, the story of the first black cab back to the seventeenth century during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I,when you began renting horse-drawn carriages
The first motorized version of caruajes was introduced in the late nineteenth century, At the end of 1906 there were just under 100 motor taxis in London
In Spain taxis they are of many colors, Each region has taxis painted in the color of the flags, for instance, the city of Madrid has 15,723 taxis , all taxis are painted red and white, these colors refer to the flag of madrid

  19. WRITING.
I choose the photo of traditional food in Britain to compare with the traditional food in Spain.
In Spain, the traditional food is the potato omelette, this is chips and eggs all mixed, but sometimes it has onion and peppers on it. It was an idea of Tomas de Zumalacàrregui from Bilbao, and it´s existing since a long time ago.
In Britain, the traditional food is the fish and chips, it was an idea of a Londoner Joseph Malin and it´s existing since 1860.
These two typicals foods in each country are very differents.
In Spain it isn´t eaten fish and chips together and in Britain it isn´t eaten potato omelette.

    SPANISH BUSES AND ENGLAND.
•Spanish buses are on one level, they may be of various colors, usually white or blue and have a capacity of between 20 and 50 people.
•England buses are well known to be red and two floors, and the top some of these buses haven't a roof and used for tourism, they can carry 65 people sitting and 30 standing.

Christmas in England. The houses are decorated with lights , the tree , etc. In Spain we didn"t decorate the h0use very much .We put Christmas tree and nativity scene. At Christmas in England the children ask Santa Claus the presents , go in through the windows . In Spain we don"t have this tradition . The day, fifth of January, we have other tradition in England they dont have . The children send a letter to the three Kings asking for presents, they are three, Gaspar,Melchor and Baltasar. The Kings have the same tradition as Santa Claus .We through the windows and we leave gifts next to the tree.In the morning we got up and opened gits , parents and the whole family we has also gifts

I like so much the London Buses, the London taxi cabs, the pillar Boxes and the telephone Boxes, because they have spectacular and characteristic forms and colours and they look like they are very old (stop in time).

I´m surprised of the Queen´s guard. I think that it is a difficult job, because they
can´t scratch their nose, cough or sneeze. They are great!!!!

I´m surprised of London´s judges and lawyers, because they still wear wigs. We never see that in Spain.

    Spanish breakfast and English breakfast
Tea is very typical in England at breakfast time and at tea time, from five to six. You can put a bit of milk and you can eat some biscuits especially at tea time. Drinking tea is a social tradition.
In Spain many people have milk and coffe for breakfast. You can eat toasts or biscuits too. Drinking a coffe is also a social matter in Spain. Friends and workers usually meet at a bar for a coffe, even during a work meeting. Breakfast is different depending on the area of the country you are,but coffee is everywhere.
